Increased Sales through out-of-the-box process and analytics improvements.

GriffRex personnel developed marketing and sales plans by partnering and working with Product Marketing VP’s and Regional Sales VP’s of a Fortune 250 Industrial Automation company to ensure that the plans made a positive impacted the company's sales. The GriffRex initial international plan resulted in sales gains of over 400%.

GriffRex personnel directed staff in the analysis of product sales and market activity and led the creation of a data warehouse and Cognos environment, which included the use of Point of Sale (POS) information in conjunction with third party data (D&B, Harte Hanks). Statistically analyzed and identified the most profitable customer’s market baskets to find more "Best Customers".

Increased Sales via "Basic Blocking & Tackling"

GriffRex personnel assisted a startup, venture capital backed, 3rd party Industrial Automation Software provider of CMMS, SCADA, and PLC programming software with the development of a simple data mining exercise of company data. This simple exercise led to the develop of a successful support and subscription program that instantly realized 50% of the previous years total sales in the first month. Over a 2 year engagement, GriffRex personnel worked with the company's management, sales, marketing and software engineering staff to improve yearly sales from $.5Mil. to $5 Mil .

GriffRex personnel have vast experience across the North American market. They have evaluated and setup new dealer/distribution channels. Developed and executed contracts / partner sales program. Have extensive branding, promotion, tradeshow and Marcom leadership experience. Researched, developed and brought to market new products (tangible, intangible & services) ahead of schedule, and focused on new niche domestic and international markets.

GriffRex personnel have also brought profitability to an existing vehicle manufacture's Service Center operations with a staff of 15 in the first 45 days, and increased the Service Center's annual revenue from $600k to over $1.5 mil in a one year engagement. GriffRex personnel were entrusted with the client's budget, staff and P&L.
